Beer Name: Pils-Sinner
Aroma: Light Straw
Flavour: Innocente’s take on the classic Pilsner style. As you would expect it has the heavy Hop profile you would expect from Innocente. First tasting has a clean crisp brew but the after taste brings out the bitterness from the hops. There’s no hint of corn that you would expect from a larger brewery and the body of the beer is really light but holds together well with the Hops. Water is nice and soft which a lot of craft breweries miss when making Pilsners. No hint of Alcohol at all which makes this brew glide down.
Finish: Hoppy as expected
Notes: I think this is probably the most basic beer you will get from Innocente but that isn’t to say it’s not complex. You can tell a lot of love as gone into the recipe. It’s the perfect combination of easy drinking beer that still maintains the bitterness. The water used to brew has been specially considered to try and stay as true to the Pilsner style as possible.
Best for: Back yard BBQ’ing
